Well, I put some pix of my last weekend’s Grand Canyon trip on a blog today. Did you see it? There’s more, but I didn’t have time to post them.

I found the Grand Canyon to be such a place of wonder. It took my breath away…in the very best sense of the word.

Resting doesn’t come easy for me. Even when I’m not moving my brain is always thinking. Sometimes I wish I had an “off switch.” I suppose learning to be quiet is a discipline or art. Either way, I’m working on it…slowly.

Your post inspires me to bring out my camera and find something to capture. Perhaps I’ll even take a walk through the neighborhood.
